Some United fan has just been interviewed and said they need to go for "an experienced manager, someone like Duncan Ferguson".

He's managed 5 professional games in his life.

Big Dunc would be the box office appointment just to see him screaming at players on the touchline.  You would also imagine it would take a bold sort to attempt to undermine him.

However, there's absolutely nothing to suggest he would be successful and he has little to no affinity to United (or indeed Scottish football in general).  There's no chance of him coming back up north.
