Gaston had an unusually poor game, and it seems that playing without a striker doesnt help. rainbowrising Posted August 12, 2022 Share Posted August 12, 2022 Lichties nowhere near the levels of last year and fell away at the very end in a way that was reminiscent if how the ran out of gas at the end of last season rather than the tremendous achievements of earlier in the season. Defensively we are shite. Go with what we have up front (not great but we are averaging 2 goals a game which usually means you win) and some how find a player that pulls that defensive unit together. Arbroath had a chance to go 3-2 up and we ended up scoring down the other end.
