Forty eight National League North and South (level 6) enter at this round. Seven tier 9 clubs still in it with one guaranteed to progress with Anstey Nomads v Shefford Town & Campton, one of two first entrants still in the cup (2pm kick-off). The other tier 9 ties are Congleton Town v AFC Fylde (6) which is the BBC game with a 12.30pmmkick-off, Stocksbridge Park Steels (8) v Ashington, Clitheroe (8) v AFC Bury, the reborn Bury and the other first time entrant, Romford v Chelmsford City (6) and Essex derby and Weston-super-Maren(7) v Helston Athletic.
