pozbaird
Both teams off to a flier. Erm… Both with lots of new signings, new strips, new hope of a good season not yet flushed down the U-Bend by opening day defeats. Harder to predict than Aberdeen failing against Celtic for the four hundreth game in a row, and St Mirren failing against a crisis club for the four hundreth game in a row. St Mirren being St Mirren, we could get a result up there, a sneaky 0-1 or a draw, but equally, could be a routine 2-0 home win. Only certainty is that at some vital point in proceedings, we’ll create, and miss, a great goal scoring opportunity. Ach, fcuk it… 0-1. Ayunga.
Torfason
I think we have enough to create chances but I expect the Dons to have more about them. So I expect handsome Jim to applaud the Saints fans in a pre match lovefest before his side cruise to a 2-0 win and leave the pitch to abuse from the travelling fans and chants of Judas……………with a large serving of boos for the ref
Lola montez
The pricing for this game is a joke, £28 and no online sales is not encouraging supporters to attend and I’m sure Aberdeen are not flushed with cash and could sell out the entire ground with their own support. I expect Dave Cormack is hitting out against Misery Hunters taking the mickey and hitting us in the pocket*. * I’m sure Mr Cormack will have signed up to the podcast and can see the funny side but is recouping his subscription.

coprolite
It's all going back to st mirren as an inexplicable transfer fee for Charles Dunne.
buddie06smfc
I’m sure not much can be read into Aberdeen’s result at the weekend, I can well imagine a James Goodwin-led team was ultra-defensive when going away to Glasgow. That will soon get on the nerves of Aberdeen fans. I’d have Grieve benched and can see us potentially having a problem at left wing back with Tanser out and Tait possibly cited going by the Motherwell tears on Twitter. And finally, unlikely given our record at Pittodrie but:

Frank Grimes
Only around 3,500 tickets left in the home end looking at online sales this morning so hopefully a decent crowd 2-0 the Dandies

Tickets are £26 in the south stand. Aberdeen have done NFC Mobile Tickets for quite a few years now so home fans can get a tickets right up to kick-off. You would think the Premiership clubs would get together and find a solution for away fans to purchase tickets by Mobile technology instead of wasting paper.
ZingaliMan
Sunday is the worst Motherwell team I have seen in years so did Saints create so many chances because of that ? Ayunga before Sunday he had 4 goals in 4 games. On Sunday he was extremely unlucky goal bound goals stopped by some incredible saves so Saints are very capable of scoring. Aberdeen have a much bigger budget so will have better players so should win the game. I'm also not sold on our goal keeper Carson especially with crosses time will tell. This has the potential of being a open attacking game both managers like pace on the flanks. I will be up in Wester Ross for the next couple of weeks so Saturday night highlights for me. Can Aberdeen fans confirm no streaming service within the UK ?
Jacksgranda
4-2. Or possibly 2-4. More than likely 4-4. There you have it.
