Nervous about today. Even last season when Falkirk were in disarray, there was always the worry that they'd get their shit together just at the right time to play us. And now I so think they've got their shit together, far more than in recent seasons. So nothing taken for granted at all. They'll feel they owe us one and have started well enough to come into this game with confidence.

Still feel we are short of a good few players too which is not ideal but it is what it is. Still feel we have a strong enough team to get a good result, but it'll be a tough and tight affair.

Just kidding everyone. Normal service resumed. ♦️

Well done to Airdrie, they were clinical and exploited our weaknesses, based on that second half performance, McCabe looks a good appointment, good luck for the season ahead lads

We were absolutely toothless again, Lawal looked good in his cameo.  Alegria was awful,  not sure why he started instead of Oliver when we got no balls in behind and he couldn't hold his breath.

Questioning the line up and shape today but hopefully just an off day for McGlynn.

Agreed mate, genuine riddy being outnumbered at home after your most successful season in recent history against the team with arguably their worst 🤔

I would say a "genuine riddy" would be getting beaten 4-0 and being 5 points behind a tiny wee club like Airdrie...

I would say it’s a genuine riddy getting tanked 4-0 off a team who are struggling to get a full squad together and starting an 18, 19, 20 year old and an emergency goalie in on loan but of course Falkirk brought a big crowd so we may as well award them the game 5-4.

Well what a team. We outclassed Falkirk today in all honesty. We were faster, stronger and play much better football. Our finishing has definitely improved and our defence looked rock solid again. If we get another few in to tighten things up then we’ll be a tough team to break down.

On the flip side, Falkirk are a puny imitation of a full time football team. To think one of the biggest clubs in the world just got thumped 4-0 off of a tiny little team with 13 fans is mind boggling.
