microdave Posted September 27, 2022 Share Posted September 27, 2022 I arrived in the east stand just as the Irish anthem was starting (due to qr codes of folk in front of me not working) and there was definite booing. Didn't hear anything out of order around me during the game even though there were a few Irish folk nearby. One of them actually congratulated me at full time as if I had made a difference to what had happened on the pitch. I remember during the game it was quite obvious Scotland were finding it hard to really get much penetration and in part that may have been because of how Stephen Kenny set up the Ireland team defensively.
