Congratulations Dunbar most probably worthy league champions but you are correct were always in a position to get promoted with the budget they had.

Can only build on this and with crowds very much on the up can be a force back in the Premier next season.

All the best. 👏

I can mind the days Whitehill had a budget....

..lost your wallet these days Newky? :P

Your boys had a no bad second half of the season to be fair so maybe dark horses to go up next season?

😅😅 In my limited life experience, I normally find that those who describe financial matters with words rather than actual figures, percentages, plus or minus stats are generally fishing for more information.

Tight Lines, hope they bite 🎣🎣🎣🎣

Wonder how much of a budget they actually have - 6 figures plus???
I’d reckon that’s a starting figure for the clubs that will put in a serious challenge at the top of both the EoS & WoS.
I’m not fishing here -because that scenario is a quantum leap for 85% plus of clubs,,,,, until the big money investor gets involved. We know how that story ends; don’t we?

In reality, I’d reckon that 70 or 80% of clubs within a league will have similar budgets. 5 or 10% will be scraping the bottom of the barrel and the final 5 or 10% will probably have access to more funding options; generally by hard work. Charity doesn’t easily come along in this level of football too often, mores the pity.

Congrats to Dunbar on clinching the title, well deserved over the course of the season.

Think all 4 of the teams who have went up will bring a lot to the Premier Division.

Hopefully all can kick on and stay away from the drop zone but think the league will be extremely tight top and bottom next season.

Kinnoull have punched well above their financial weight last season and to come so close to the league title is a credit to the players and management team

Its been a cracking year for Luncarty as well.

all 3 of the Perthshire EoS teams in the top league, good few derbies for each next season, hopefully with healthy crowds

From chatting to a local referee at the Kinnoull game last Tuesday this could cause an issue for the local amateur leagues due to the increased demand for assistant referees

Hopefully there is a crows boost, Kinnoull v Luncarty in April had around 4 times the normal numbers for a standard league game.

Quite a change to the league geographically. All 3 promoted teams other than Dunbar are further north than all 4 teams that got promoted or relegated from the EOS Premier. And in the case of VOL v Luncarty/Kinnoul the difference is quite massive obviously. Jeanfield's mileage will go down a fair bit!

Perth quite often get fife refs. We had fife refs at luncarty and kinnoull this season

Fair reduction in travelling for the 3 Perth teams with now 9 teams north of the River Forth.

Get some of the derbies down for Friday night football and the ref situation should be sorted.

And a wee mention to Dunbar.  Another team who didn't panic when things got tough last season.  Stuck with the manager, and now they get the reward their loyalty deserves.

Luncarty and kinnoull don't have lights

Those associated with Burntisland must be absolutely gutted, had they not had them points deducted they would've stayed up.

Which fixture were they unable to fulfil and why?

Or they could've played it and got pumped 11-0 and lost out on goal difference anyway :P

24th September v Kdy, lost 2-1 a month later, only had 9 players.

It would be a brave man to tell Kevin Haynes he's sacked 😆
