Not hearing much from the manager.

There will be quite a good article in Sunday herald tomorrow.

In regards to game big one today for sure. Heres hoping the players can get a positive result.

I imagine AC is probably getting more at the old after match interviews on YouTube.

Have to be a Tory to read the Herald😀

Still in sunnier climes so keeping everything crossed for a good performance and better result today, regardless keep the heads up lads.

Be good to see another decent crowd today.

One consequence of relegation that I hadn’t thought about was no more updates on OneFootball app as they understandably cover the top 4 leagues only. I will anxiously check Cowden Twitter for updates 😬

One other consequence is limiting of Beeb coverage with no more team news, stats and texts but only the LL scores (which are not always up to the minute.) Now we no longer have BBTV streams, Cowden fans unable to attend  have problems.

The likes of the BBC get their data from a company who supply everyone with the data.

They don’t cover anything below the SPFL.

Suppose that’s the consequences of dropping into the LL.

Its the same with the papers, the Sunday Post seems to be the only one who covers the league in any detail.

2-0 cowden, cammy graham brace, out all night to celebrate. Thats my ideal situation anyway, realistically 1-1 tough wet pitch long balls galore hope we can get in behind with our pace.

At the start of the week I would have said today's game would have been the best chance to pick up points however since then Gala have gone to Strollers and beat them 3-1 so not so sure.

Really need to start getting points on board as the next 2 games are away to Hearts B and Rangers B and you wouldn't really expect to get anything off those 2.

Fellow bottoms sides Gretna are away to Berwick, would expect a home win, Cumbernauld are at home to Rangers would expect an away win and Dalbeatie are away to Stirling Uni on current form would expect a win for the students but not impossible for Dalbeatie to get something.

So a win could get us clear of those 3.

I'll save yous the trouble lads:

  • Tons of really positive signs
  • The lads are really running for the shirts
  • It was much closer today
  • We have to be realistic
  • This will take time
  • Under no circumstances can we question our absolute tosser of a manager, who is incidentally doing a shite job
  • Support the lads
  • Where's the volunteers?
  • Does the community care about us anymore?!
  • Other clubs have it easy
  • We're really hard done by
  • Sponsor us

Ach well, least we aren’t English.

No so bad after all.

Some decent bits but on the whole got what we deserved. Created lots of openings on the left but no end product. Badly missing a commanding centre half. Hopefully Martins?

Sinclair looked off the pace and touch was poor. Maybe rushes back a bit quick?

Oh well, always next game.

Two bad goals to concede again.

Their winner the defender should have cleared instead of conceding a corner.

Corner then badly defended allowing a free header.

Played alright in spells after equalising but no end product.

As SB says maybe Sinclair rushed back too quickly but at least he put himself about and isn’t bullied like some of our young players seemed to be.

Trialist 10 looked not too bad.

Crowd down to 170 which is a major worry but being on the run we are on people are always going to stay away.

Dunfermline at home. Kelty at home. Us getting pumped in the fucking Lowland League. That'll do it.

But Kelty only 2 miles away doesn’t affect Cowden.

To be honest, Liverpool v Man City on STV will affect the crowd from Tuesday to today a wee bit as do many youths these days only care about the elite shite from England.

Gala are a thoroughly unpleasant bunch who played the naive referee like an old fiddle. Playing our best players would help. Playing players in their best position would help instead of constantly shuffling them round.

If we had more street wise players we could do the same to refs, welcome to non league football.

Out of interest as their all new who would you say are our best players.

I would stick my neck out and say the trialist 10 was our best  player today.
