Really enjoying the build up of new signings just now and the transparency with player quotes following them joining.

Never thought I would have said this following the Bonnyrigg game and our drop to the Lowland league but I'm really looking forward to next season.

We still have a club we can be proud of abdy help us take the club back to where it should be

After being in the doldrums it’s a new league and a new team hopefully we can kick on.

Why do you feel the need to post on Cowdenbeath threads?
what is motivating you?
Other than the fact I hate your disgusting little football club you guys keep replying bizarrely.

But as ever it's just pixels on a screen, who cares.

I heard from a source that Bluebell the coo is going in goal for us this season.
Told them to pull the udder one and to stop milking it.

I’ll get my coat.

That'll be tomorrow's reveal in the pic. Looks like a unit.

There's a Q&A session with City chairman Jim Brown on Tuesday.

I suspect, based on nothing whatsoever, you'll either be sampling a Bains pie at Ainslie Park on a Friday night or going to Scumondvale, in which case good luck because I won't be

Lucas Berry ex Edinburgh City midfielder.

20 year old who played against us last season.

Good player, didn't look out of place when he played last season.

Bit of a fierce tackler too.

TBH I'm a bit sad about this one and hope he does well with you guys.

Never been down that way for ages just got told by someone about the stand.

Would be good if the games there, first went to a game there in 1978😀

My second ever Meadowbank game was against Cowden at the Stadium in 1987.

Some decent Cowden players in that team- Ray Allan, Wino Williamson, Derek Grant, (both of whom later signed for Thistle), Paul Cherry, Roddy Grant.

We won 1-0 and you had a guy sent off I'm sure. I do remember thinking you were a rough lot

Sure it was Billy Paxton who got sent off in that game.

It wouldn’t be a Friday at AP as the game’s scheduled for a Wednesday.

Get asking the question tomorrow 😀

Anybody know when the Lowland league fixtures come out?

Probably next week or the week after.

The SPFL one’s are out on Friday, with all the groundshares they have to wait to see when the SPFL sides are at home and work round them.

Wondering if we will have any announcements today

We have a Lemon and a Berry now. Any more fruit related signings likely? Another signing being announced later tonight.

Ben Weekes, 19 year old released by Falkirk.

Looks like he played a handful of times earlier last season for Falkirk, then went on loan to Penicuik in February, played in 12 games and scored a few goals near the end of the season.

Similar age and experience to Lucas Berry, and another one who will feel he has a point to prove.
