Offside decisions could be made instantly as the chip would show the players' locations the moment the ball was kicked. If you don't like the chip in the boots idea, use the GPS packs the players already wear. Aye, I don’t get it, DMs and clubs who play them expect them to get booked and the suspensions that happen for them.
