Hampden Diehard
Great start to the season for the mighty Queen's Park with a first half Simon Murray hat trick and Grant Savoury looking every bit the part. Supposedly another couple of players coming in, which we do need for Championship fitba, but this is a decent start. Luvvin' it so far.
The Master
A very comfortable win. The third goal at the end made the scoreline a much fairer reflection of the game. Hamilton were dire.
Fifespud
Magic to see Hamilton struggling, looks like tick tock tick tock for them. Queens will the real threat in this group and in the league imo.

If we continue in that vein, we will move on from being the 1-1 draw specialists of last season to every game ending 4-4 this time around. It promises to be a fun season, that's for sure.

Girth
Two points… (1) New shirts looks smart as. (2) How does Gowser’s hair look even worse?

I don't want to say that his new transplant hairline has already disappeared, but all the hair that is growing back clearly are in the usual spots. Here's hoping it still works out, but if not he should probably just stick with the shaved head.
Mick1867
First half, I think 4-2 flattered Stranraer. Don't think it was a penalty tbh but would like to see it again (get the highlights up please) Murray's movement and finishing very impressive. Second half a bit of a stroll. What a signing we've made with Savoury, sort of attacking player we've been crying out for. Well done to Stranraer for having that wee bar open at half time

Aye, I remember thinking that Savoury looked a pler for Peterhead against us in the Scottish Cup last season, definitely should've scored at least one goal against us. I'm choosing to be dismissive and thinking that he might struggle to do that more consistently in the league, but tbh I think he'll probably cope just fine.

Hampden Diehard
One of the guys in that group in the photie was giving Murray pelters from the off. Funnily enough, the guy turning his back. accies1874
Actually quite like this team (given what we've got) although Owens and Ngandu are still unknown.
Ludo*1
Would be happy for Gary Irvine to do Dundee a wee favour tonight so we can continue treating these games like friendlies.
cdhafc1874
Game is obviously so riveting that no one has posted but Accies have scored 2 quick-fire goals at start of 2nd half.Accies 2-0 Stranraer
cdhafc1874
Make that 3-049, 51 & 53 mins goal flurry should see us through to 3 points!
cdhafc1874
4-0 now. 55 mins the 4th4 goals in 6 mins - that's some collapse from Stranraer.

cdhafc1874
You'd have got astronomical odds at the bookies on Stranraer losing 5-2 in both games so far!
