As Boris said on "Partygate" NO RULES WERE BROKEN, The ethical question though is was what was done in the best interest of the situation and who knew why it was being done? Is this not a similar ethical situation and questions need to be asked as to who knew what they were doing and more importantly why they were doing it, particularly if it was someone who was setting the rules. So if anyone who was directly involved has the integrity and is prepared to be honest then step forward, I for one don't see that happening so need to ensure it can't happen again, bit ironic if the potential situation had previously been identified and rules were in place to prevent it from happening that these rules were not in place to prevent it in this instance.
