At this stage I'm just wanting an announcement as soon as possible to allow the manager to prepare and put together a team worthy of winning a relatively ordinary championship. That's not from a position of arrogance by the way.

Maloney isn't necessarily the problem for me it's the boards reluctance to do anything the straight-forward way. Why do we need to constantly appoint an experiment manager? Why do we have to appoint an experienced manager that couldn't be on the sidelines for half of his remaining games? Its painfully frustrating...
