Where's best to park neat the ground?

Assuming you're going heading north on the A9, I'd say the new-ish houses up by the Glover Arms / Dobbies, so that you can get back on the dual carriageway after the match and avoid the Broxden roundabout. 5 minute walk to the stadium from there.Β

Down beside Double dykes traveller site, well, more static caravan/lodge site nowadays, it's nearer the away end. Quick getaway along the main road in inveralmond ind. estate and you're straight on the A9.

Being #WestMainsAvenueLoyal has changed my life this season. Can't believe I wasted about 15 years parking in the car park. What a clown.Β

As @tree house tamΒ says, you are only 15 minutes (half a mile) on foot if you park at right end of industrial estate. In fact, I'm surprised folk don't just park on the new road/pavement between the new roundabout and the ground.

Glovers Arms bit would be fine as well. You run the risk of getting one of those parking charges if you opt for Tesco or B&Q. The sort that those bores love going into great detail about how you don't need to pay them.

Who are our penalty takers if it goes that far?Β

Set piece-specialist MacPherson would step up first and balloon it into row Z. Hendry next: score. Then a ballsy defender like Rooney or Cleary, who would also score.

After that, I wouldn’t have much faith in either Middleton or May to score. Then you’re probably on to the likes of Hallberg or Butterfield. Butterfield is so unarsed about our fate he’d probably take a good penalty like he’s on the training ground.

If it even got that far I have visions of a timid James Brown penalty being saved to relegate us.

Ive got the most horrible feeling we'll see Liam Craig miss the one to relegate us, somehow.

Mentioned the same fear on another thread. Or maybe it was this one, can't remember.Β

No idea who we would have left on the park but in an ideal world I suppose it would be

Hendry

Hallberg

Middleton

CraigΒ

Crawford

But you just know that by the time CD's made his subs it will likely be something like

May

MOH

Ciftci

ButterfieldΒ

McPherson
