As @tree house tam says, you are only 15 minutes (half a mile) on foot if you park at right end of industrial estate. In fact, I'm surprised folk don't just park on the new road/pavement between the new roundabout and the ground. Glovers Arms bit would be fine as well. You run the risk of getting one of those parking charges if you opt for Tesco or B&Q. The sort that those bores love going into great detail about how you don't need to pay them.
