Connah's Quay were the same then were resoundingly beaten by the team bottom of the championship in the challenge cup. Let's no pretend these teams are anything but shite. craigkillie Posted July 28, 2022 Share Posted July 28, 2022 Our result against Connah's Quay is probably more embarrassing given that the League of Ireland is better than the Welsh Premier, but we did actually outplay them in that game at Rugby Park and it was more about being wasteful and unlucky in attack and sloppy in defence. If the score stays the same here it will go down in the anals of Scottish football history as the worst performance ever. To lose home AND away against a mid table league of Ireland side?
