Derry Alli
Freeman is so out his depth btw.
Comrie
United have mostly looked pretty decent after that nervous first 10 minutes or so.
Melanius Mullarkey
Look a bit rattled this lot. Probably score before half time.
Ludo*1
They seem to be going to wide-screen when they cut to the AZ manager. Must be doing a documentary like Alkmaar Until I Die.
Ludo*1
Freeman at LB is really an area Jack Ross will need to address.

TheScarf
Who the f**k is the United left back? He’s getting hosed on repeatedly. Edit - Freeman? Edited August 4, 2022 by TheScarf

Fratelli
Good to get a replay of the Fletcher incident there i.e just showing it again from the same camera angle miles away. Edited August 4, 2022 by Fratelli
The Naitch
This has been decent from United so far. AZ do look like they rip them apart at moment's notice though.
Derry Alli
Alkmaar have done very well so far. United were never going to be able to keep that intensity up and AZ were just playing it around and out. They're still trying to lure United out at every opportunity but United players are realising/tiring. Only a matter of time before it looks like lack of effort on their part and the fans get on their backs.
Billy Jean King
This is being filmed on a phone and selfie stick isn't it ?

They've known about this for months It was a last minute decision. United only allowed the match to be shown once most of the tickets had been sold. There are loads of things to criticise BBC Scotland for, but tonight folk are doing it just for the sake of it.

thruthenight
If Freeman's playing on Sunday then Nouble will absolutely run him over. Also, delighted to see Sibbald doing so well. Was a classy player and a great guy at Livi, seemed to be fitness issues post-covid that were holding him back. Fletcher also looks like a class signing, he'll cause a ton of problems in the league this year.

They seem to think they can sign any non-old firm Scottish Premiership player who’s contract is up.
