I know things were getting desperate striker wise at Stair Park. But a 35-year-old who scored twice in 12 games for St Roch's last season looks a bit like desperation. He was always a player I wanted Sons to sign about a decade or so ago mind you. He looks in absolutely terrific shape, and made a positive impact again today. I haven't seen the sub appearances but it will be great if we can be in a winning position most weeks when we bring him on. It will really suit his style and let him play his game rather than urgently chasing a game. Albeit, he looks fit for whatever we may throw at him.
