Vardy's told that many lies and done so many slippery things the judge might just find against her. Even if she "wins" everybody will think she's guilty, anyway. Apparently not - CRs legal team said their is no "smoking gun" and every time CR was forced to admit she "believed" RV was personally involved this was reinforced. A combination of the missing evidence and RVs agent being unfit to testify will IMO lead to Vardy winning the case. Quote Rooney’s legal team have admitted they do not have a smoking gun proving Vardy, the wife of Leicester City player Jamie Vardy, leaked stories about Rooney to the Sun.

I am therefore unable to comment on the 'texture' of her lady garden. We were studying architecture, not court artistry. The “missing evidence” may work in CR’s favour as it was in Vardy’s power to keep after being told to, and she disposed of it. CR “could” have proved her case if RV had retained the evidence and she only needs balance of probabilities here.

IMO Colleen Rooney thought she had wriggle room by saying the leak came from "RVs account" however with the earlier ruling going against her on that count I reckon the judge will find in RVs favour. I dont know the court has heard plenty of evidence from witnesses to the fact RV likes to leak stories, i think CR has proven to a reasonable degree that RV was responsible.
welshbairn
I think most of the witnesses have been called by Vardy's side, most of them have only been questioned by her lawyer. He seems to be trying to to suggest the leaks could have come from one of her friends and relations. dirty dingus
I'm just dipping my toes in and out of this but if it could lead to a potential hit in the millions surely CR's lawyers can get a subpoena to order Vardys pal/agent who she's pinning the blame on to attend the court?
Bully Wee Villa
If the court has asked for documents, albeit electronic ones, and Vardy has destroyed them... can she be done for contempt of court? Seems like it sets a bad precedent if she's allowed to get away with that.

Well if it was me judging I'd throw it out with a quick rebuff to Vardys bullshit about damaged computers and phones getting swept into the North Sea. I'd continue my ire by sentencing Jamie Vardy to 18 month for being a wee ferret faced p***k.
