It’s not a red card, at worst a foul and a yellow.Think you need to watch it back. There's no danger Hamilton doesn't get to that ball first if he isn't hauled down. It's not like the ref has ever said "Aye, good point, I've changed my mind". VAR can and has reversed red cards mind, but that's not because a player has complained/appealed a decision but because the VAR check will be standard.
