Correct, the answer was Queen's Park.

In the days before automatic promotion/relegation, the bottom teams from the 1st Division went into a ballot with anyone who fancied coming up from the 2nd, plus any others who wanted to give it a go. This led to some ridiculous situations, such as the 7th placed team (out of 12) getting promoted (Aberdeen in 1904/05), poor teams staying up - Morton finished bottom twice and second bottom once in four seasons (1901/02 - 04/05) without being relegated, and Queen's Park getting voted in to the 1st division for season 1900-01 and bypassing the 2nd tier.

Aberdeen tried to do this it as well once, but didn't poll enough votes.

IF it's not a football question:

Who is the only person allowed a drink in the house of commons and when?

If it has to be a football question (a nice easy one):

Who are the latest members of UEFA?

Wayne Rooney?

Wasnt he shown the red card and he started to walk off the pitch, only for the referee to realise his mistake and show the yellow instead?

***Roy Walker mode on***

It's good but it's not right!

***Roy Walker mode off***

Rooney wasn't shown a red card. He started to walk, was called back & booked.
