Will the ex-Liverpool, bald, toothless, Uber using thug be available to play for Dundee or is he still injured?

Why don't you ask about other players, anyway you'll need to ask Charlie 😀

Will McGhee reach his fabled 1000th game with us before this season is out?

Or will wee Gordo give him another 6 months to see he does?

We should wait till his 999th then tell him to f**k off.

When was the last time we officially relegated a team? Can’t see the Saintees winning in Livi, but you never know.
No Ronan so will interesting to see who comes in. I think we will go something like:
Alnwick
Fraser-Shaughnessy-McCarthy
Tait-Power-Gogic-Tanser
Kiltie
Greive-Main

That’s almost what I was thinking - don’t think we need two sitters at home to Dundee, so maybe Flynn’s the closest we have to a ‘direct’ replacement for Ronan.

Other possibility is Brophy in for Greive, but I’d be inclined to stick with last week’s pairing and bring Brophy back in for Livi on Wednesday.

Gretna possibly? I’m sure they were officially relegated at Love St.

I’d have Erhahon in for Ronan as the only change.

No quite the same thing, but didn't St.Mirren defeat Dundee United in the playoff final a few years back?

I know it's not a relegation, but it was still nearly as funny as watching United actually get relegated at Dens.

Up there with the Euro 2020 final for funniest shootout of all time.

The atmosphere was exceptionally poisonous in the Main Stand throughout that game due to the number of pissed up wallopers the runners-up had in hospitality. I was in the end seat, on the aisle, right next to them and I was keeping tabs on the worst offenders with a view to having some fun if ended up winning.

Even before the penalty shoot out was finished, I was escorting leavers up the stairs to their lounge while clapping right into their faces howling "Cheerio cheerio", etc, at them.

I would think Kiltie is a direct replacement for Roman ?

Not from last Saturday, Ronan was playing deeper. Dropping Kiltie back there would be a waste, and we don’t have another fit ‘number 10’ in the squad.

I see there is to be a presentation to mark Tony Fitz "retirement ". It should be a full day in honour of the legend, tomorrow should be Tony Fitzpatrick day and that's how it should have been marked and marketed.

Yes he said some daft things at times and he probably wasn't best qualified for the role latterly buy the man bleeds black and white and he has been associated with the club as long as I have been a supporter. A true legend deserves better than a presentation at HT imo. I hope everyone there gives him the rousing send off he deserves and I'd have thought if it had been marketed as "Tony Fitzpatrick " day it might have swayed a few swithering to go along to join the send off. An opportunity missed I think.

Mark McGhee meanwhile might stick his heating off. Sooner we are officially down, sooner he's gone and we can start preparing for next season.
