As it stands, only the East of Scotland will have a licensed winner at tier 6 in the whole country. Well, I must give a toss because I keep trying to find the answer to a simple question. So, it must be because I'm brainless. So help this simpleton and let him know how you come to the conclusion that if a team without a licence wins the Premier Division, it would result in the WoSFL being laughed out of the Pyramid?
