The club's been given the green light by the City Council to knock down the unused and derelict old NCR building to make further space for the project.

Assume the holding company is owned by the Americans and will benefit them rather than the club? Or will dundee get some of the income surrounding area gives and from the stadiums non-match day revenue?

Much like other corporate groups I assume the non match day revenue will help cover costs/losses of running the club via a series of intercompany loans, recharges etc. The club won't necessarily benefit directly from non football profit. They will argue redeveloping Dens, as much as that would be superb, doesn't give them the additional strands of income that Nou Campy will.

Ah you think darkness is your ally? You merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but blinding!

Very good Mr Alli, very good.

Also, the planning application documents for the stadium can be found on Dundee City Council's website:

That's not a planning application m8

Sam Fisher, thoughts?

Played in a few of the League Cup ties and equipped himself well. Don't think he's quite ready for the Championship yet and he's unlikely to get much game time so a loan move would prove ideal for the club and the player.
