Andy groundhopper
Great display Pollok, fully deserved to get through on the night.Looked excellent under the lights too, worth getting them up. Only complaint, get the handyman up the ladder and repaint the covered side roof - can remember it gleaming black & white.

The minimum requirement for Leagues One and Two is SFA Entry Level stadia criteria, which doesn’t require seats.
mrman2011
Change the format for this so teams can play a side outside their division in the 1st round they play in. Would be more interesting

Fuctifano
Seeding the Scottish cup would ruin it imo, yes it's shite when you get drawn against a team in your own league in the early rounds but to me that's more of a function of playing each other 4 times a season to begin with. I know in Germany the teams below the 2nd tier are guaranteed a home draw up until a certain stage but you have to seed it to do that.
Paco
Yep, if anything we need less fixing in favour of the big teams with everyone in the cup early doors. If Rangers draw Celtic in October so be it, if they can run a separate Colts team in the Lowland League they’ll be fine for an extra couple of cup matches. Drawing a team in the same league is shite but it’s just the luck of the draw. Seeding is terrible and ruins a cup.
TheScarf
All in first round then. It's the only way you'll stop the numerous same division ties from the 3rd round onwards. Plus it would be brilliant.

bdu98196
Any seeding would always be based on previous league positions or club size or seating capacity - whatever would give one half of the duopoly in either side unfortunately. While we always have the hot & cold balls open draw which seem to work pretty effectively (as seen again in this years LC semi draw) - a split side seeded draw will be nothing more than a vehicle manipulated to get both into the final every season - least for now we can all live in hope they accidentally get drawn together.
craigkillie
Rangers and Celtic literally faced each other in last year's semi. They haven't met in the final for 20 years.
Ray Patterson
Format doesn't need changed it's fine as it is. Only thing might be moving more Semis away from Hampden, but with the SFA taking over Hampden, can't see that happening for a while.
