Rangers checked directly into Heartbreak Hotel. PowttJS.gif

Now they'll need to kid on winning this matters to them even if they do beat us. yXAbrOQ.png

Do you need a 3rd attempt?

Edit, he did indeed.

Couldn't have gone much better last night. I'd maybe have hoped for Eintracht's equaliser to be a bit later, but that's being greedy.

All set for Saturday now. Still second favourites, but as good a chance as we'll get against them.

Best result for Hearts last night, if ending their season with another final defeat isn't enough to motivate the squad then nothing will, get these c***s pumped.

We are long second favourites for this. We have a chance, but it is going to take a monumental effort and we need Rangers to be off it.

Probably favourites, Rangers played 120 minutes in warm weather and legs will be heavy.

This alleged fatigue thing is a total misnomer, imo - it's been mentioned many times when rangers have had midweek games in Europe this season, and they've never looked tired in the domestic game the following weekend.

rangers will fly oot the traps on Saturday, so we'll have to be ready for that.

In other news, I heard that Halkett broke down in a bounce game this week - if that's true, it's better happening in training than in the early stages of the final.

Someone else is telling me wee Devlin was feeling his hammy last week, which I hadn't noticed - that would be a blow.

Yeah, probably mate. I'll be sure to check the betting apps on the day, in case there's odds to good to miss on Rangers. 😄

Back in the real world though, there is always a chance, but we are really up against it.

Hills are offering 3/1 against Hearts which seems about right. A Hearts win would be a surprise but not a huge one.

It would be a massive one for me. Obviously I hope we win, but we are right up against it here.

We're off to the Burrell collection in the morning and a nice Italian restaurant early evening so hopefully it'll be a pleasant day out on the southside even if it doesn't turn out to be a totally awesome one
