Opening a shop

Recommended Posts

The farmers who all vote Tory rarely venture into town, so you're all wide of the mark with those suggestions.
Since I was young I always wanted to open a tobacconists. I dont think its realistic though, more of a pipe dream
For some men in Dumfries, it's the closest they'll get to a shag.......

Vogue isn’t a furniture shop.  It’s a magazine.  Don’t think it’s a classic scud mag though.

Vogue was a furniture shop, subsequently taken over by the Sterling group.

The adverts had the catchy tagline "If it's in Vogue, it's in Vogue"

This is the sort of thing you should sell. This and recreational drugs.

Dumfries is represented by Mundell Junior and Senior so I would imagine that the sales of recreational drugs must already be a competitive market for that to have happened.

A Stephens Bakery outside of Fife would be most welcome.  Had my first proper steak bridie in ages yesterday. Worth the 120 mile drive, even at current fuel prices.

I’ve pretty much doubled in size since moving to near Dunfermline because of Stephens.
