A Message to All Stirling Albion Trust Members

It's all getting a bit boring and pathetic. I'm not totally against one of the two rhilston mentioned going onto the Trust board and there is absolutely nothing wrong with a volunteer who gets on well with the Club board putting themselves forward. If it makes a difference and helps the club moving forward I'm all for it. I actually encourage it if she can offer something.  I do find it a bit bizarre why a club doctor would want on the Trust board though. He is a paid employee by the club (I'm assuming) but it is a bit weird why an employee would want to get involved behind the scenes - unless he grew up a Stirling Albion fan which I'm assuming he didn't. Completely bizarre move in trying to vote out the entire Trust board. I'd maybe understand 1 or 2 individuals but the whole lot of them? and replace with who? More fans who inevitably get nowhere and end up resigning? Sounds great.

I'm not on Facers but a bit pathetic if another Trust chairman has stepped down. There is clearly an issue at the top of the club which needs addressed. Otherwise we will continue to be a League 2 club/float towards the Lowland League.

It's a real shame adults continue to argue on Facers and on here. I enjoyed the Stenny game last Saturday but everything else going on is slowly making me lose that passion for Stirling Albion.

I was a Trust member but unfortunately not able to renew my membership or vote due to the actions of others.

You make some good points dave_binos regarding the doctor. Regarding the volunteer in question she has also seconded the resolution to remove a member of the Trust Board. Clearly if that happens and she is elected to the Board, its going to be interesting to say the least how the other Trust Board members react.

From what I have been told from someone pretty close to things and at these meetings some very VERY unsavoury stuff that hasn't been made public as yet. What a club. Might have pumped us on Saturday but would be ashamed to be associated with that shit show of a club.

The vast majority of us want no involvement in any of it and really just want to see a decent team on the park.

I don't think that's anything to be ashamed of.

The worst thing to come from any of this is twice reading you say the word Facers.

They’ll just get on with it. Nobody’s tried to murder anyone here. Some people tried to vote off other people — it didn’t work, and now they may end up working together. This sort of thing is hardly earth shattering.

We can’t just have the same group of people as before — we need some different perspectives. Having a club insider on the Trust board should help build bridges.

Do you want to share the reason why there is a motion in place to remove a trust board member? Or are you happy to continue to make out that she is seconded it just to be awkward? I'm pretty sure that it would add some clarity and make your argument pointless.

Good idea, why don't we also get someone from the trust board onto the club board

Perhaps in the chairman position

Yes that would be a good thing. More crossover, less people stuck in their own silo and distrusting the other side.

Welcome to Pie and Bovril BinosGal.

why don’t you explain the resolution to remove the Trust Board member I have already done so and can’t be arsed telling it again.

You did not explain it, I did.   What you did, was call a resolution to remove that member based on a pattern of aggressive behaviour, a witch hunt.   Utter hypocrisy from the man who launched a resolution to remove John Daly for the lesser sin of inappropriate comment.  Both resolutions were valid  given the circumstances. Both men set themselves up for removal.  Innocence or guilt is not based on factional loyalties. It is based on the provable actions of the individuals concerned.

John Daly was right to bite the bullet and resign.  The membership secretary should spare the Trust board further embarrassment and follow suit.

I don't recall you explaining it at all. I do recall you picking fault with everything and anything that goes against your resolutions(s) or that show any kind of support to the current CB. Having read the resolution regarding the removal of the current TB member I see no issue in why the volunteer would second it. Why would she want to work alongside them or be associated with that kind of behaviour. Your refusal to indicate any wrong doing by the individual in question would indicate to some that you see no issue with it? That in itself speaks volumes.

My my we do seem to have come out of the wrong side of bed this morning 😀 As I said in my post in my opinion it’s nothing more than a Witch Hunt. That’s my opinion of the situation. At the end of the day it’s up to the members of the Trust to say Yes or No to this resolution.

In regard to the 2 candidates that I mentioned in my statement, again as I have explained many times, I was merely giving members some background information as to the candidates suitability to be elected into the Trust Board.
Again it’s up to the members to decide whether to vote Yes or Not on whether they get elected to the Trust Board or not.

Finally I will say and it’s clear to any intelligent person reading your post and by others on here that I am being attacked by supporters of the Club Board for standing up and speaking out against what I see is going on here.
The  mere fact that you have just joined P&B clearly indicates that’s your purpose is it not. ?

See my post to BinoGals that expresses it very clearly. Clearly you are a stooge put up by the Club Board to attack me.
Do you think any intelligent person reading your posts of which they have been many on here would not come to the same conclusion. ?
You go on about my resolution from a previous AGM which was cancelled by the Trust Board after well how can I put it simply Dodgy voting by the gang of 74 which includes you as a signatory to the resolution to remove the ENTIRE Trust Board without giving a reason.

No doubt you will come back to me with another one of your rants on here. 😂

How condescending of you. I got up fresh as a daisy thank you. I've been on here for a while, just chose not to comment until now. How do you think the volunteer feels having her name put on here by you and practically dragged through the mud. No one is attacking you. You give it out but spit the dummy out when it's handed back to you. I'll say no more because quite frankly you are not worth anymore of my time.

Really you have been on here a while but chose not to comment. 😂 Do you think that I am a fool ? Admit it your a Club Board stooge on here to attack me, following the orders of your master, go on admit it, it does you no favours by denying it.

Regarding the volunteer, you are having a laugh are you not by suggesting that I am dragging her practically through the mud. The fact is and  I forget how many times I have said this that the members of the Trust have the right to make an informed choice of who they wish to see elected onto the Trust Board. I am only giving them the facts into this volunteer`s background and where she is coming from. If members chose to ignore my comments and vote for her, fine. Its called Democracy , at the end of the day as I have repeated many times on here and on Facebook the members will make the choice, not me or anyone else for that matter.

Your not going to say anymore on the matter 😂, well that`s a surprise after only 5 posts on here you decide to quit. 😂

I wish you’d quit as well. You’ve talked this whole thing to death and it’s the same stuff over and over. Ironically all it does is turn people like me (who are relatively neutral) against your point of view.

You are the only stooge I'm afraid. I do my own talking and thinking. The members don't need you reminding them. As you have said - ALOT - they can make up their own minds. The fact you have  now gone to check how many times I've posted on here is ridiculous.  With regards to being under the control of the CB, feel free to contact the club and take your accusations directly to them.

Also feel free to confirm whether or not you support bullying and aggressive behaviour? A question you have failed to answer everytime it's posed to you.

I do apologise for repeating the same things over and over again but when you have Club Board stooges on here that don`t UNDERSTAND what I am saying or trying to get across then its very hard not to repeat it.
