Balmoor Boy
One thing's for sure, we will at least have to score a goal to get anything from this game as our leaky defence is bound to concede. Watched the highlights from Cove game - shambolic defending!!!
notsofedupendie
If it’s any comfort to the Peterhead supporters, we’ve been poor for weeks.
Ivo den Bieman
I can remember the old days of the early-mid 2000s when a visit to Balmoor with a dispiriting & feeble agglomeration of old lags, never-quite-weres and random 16 year old YTS boys always meant a shellacking at Balmoor. Neither side on great form but you'd hope Montrose have enough about them to get a win and get back on track. PortyMo
I'm more optimistic about away games just now. We can't buy a win at home but away days seem to be more fruitful. Pretty confident we'll scrape a 1-0 win in a wind spoiled, dour match at a Baltic Balmoor.

Guest Bluetoon
If we can avoid conceding an early goal, most likely a Graham Webster penalty, we may have a chance.
cabbage74
A narrow away win. But another exceptional performance only spoiled by refereeing decisions and the wind changing direction by 180deg at half time, how unlucky can we be!

I missed Mcinally's "Only An Excuse" interview after the 5-2 thrashing at Cove, however, if you listen to previous interviews you will get the gist!! As you say the referee will be high on the list followed by the best we've played blah, blah.

cabbage74
He can’t blame the ref. He can’t blame the wind. What will he blame for our inabilities?
