A bloodbath at the piggery and a weekend of dreams for Killie. I really, really hope that this is the turning point in a season where there have been far, far too many false dawns. Couldn't believe how dominant we were and if it wasn't for that one daft pass that led to McInroy's goal - a very well-taken strike -I suspect we'd have added another before half time. Ayr definitely seemed to get their act together but once it got to 75/80 minutes it seemed like they were huffing and puffing with no real chance of getting it back to a draw. Definitely one to remember for Killie and as much as I can understand why Ayr fans left after 16 minutes, it's not a great look when you've still got the best part of 75 minutes to go in the game. Part-timers.

Onwards to next week and a potentially tough game against a side fighting for their lives.
