Over the years I have had just under £400 off them for various reasons. But with this crowd I would rather just walk away and never think of them again. The thing is, I am still convinced that I will get another automated bill from them. The company is just...so...useless. At that stage it'll be off to the ombudsman and the mandatory "goodwill gesture".

Honest_Man#1
I’m on a fixed rate gas and electric plan from Sep 21 to Sep 23. The increase by that point from what I currently pay is going to be absolutely wild stuff.

Personally I’d ask them for some degree of suitable compensation for stress and time wasted. Even if you don’t need the money you could donate it to a local Foodbank. Just an idea. I would also ensure that they provide a written letter via post ensuring that they accept full responsibility.
Left Back
Interesting dilemma here. Boris Johnson rules out immediate cost-of-living measures https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-62467987 Mop head doesn’t want to make any major decisions. The two candidates can’t make any major decisions. Seeing as they’re at odds about how they want to tackle the issue I can’t see them reaching a consensus that would give mop head the go ahead to act. Lots of people further fucked because of an accident of timing.

I've had a payment schedule with my last energy provider for ages but, because they randomly decided to stop taking payments one month, I'm on my third collection firm "offering to help". Doesn't seem to matter how many times they're told to butt out.
