Surely posters on here are old enough to recall Clegg et al propping up the Tory government whilst selling out their own manifesto promises.

That’s all you need to know about LibDems at any level.

You realise that 60% of the Lib Dem manifesto was implemented by the 2010-2015 coalition government? It would be ridiculous to expect that to be 100% given that they were the third largest party with less than 10% of the MPs, but compromising on tuition fees allowed them to get many other things over the line.

Don’t use council elections to promote independence…. Also let’s tactical vote for unionist parties at these elections

That's normal headline stuff a few days out for an election in Scotland whilst they are going Tonto about the lab-lib pack down south. We need a spongeheid meme about it

I look forward to Oliver Dowden writing a very strong letter about how bad and wrong this is with Questions That The Baroness Must Answer.

An unelected peer whining that democracy is being misused. Now that’s entertainment.

'Don't vote for us to improve your local area, vote for us to stop independence!' - Every Tory, Labour and Lib Dem candidate.

I got this message through from our local Tory and Lib Dem gimps. The same gimps who are in a coalition to run the council at present. Nothing about what they've done whilst in office.

Latest leaflet from local Tory incumbent is about council issues, nothing front and centre about the SNP or indyref2.

In 2017 it was "every Tory vote is a vote against a second referendum" with a picture of Ruth and the number 1 priority was "oppose a second referendum" so will be interesting to see how that affects their vote.

Going to be a spoilt ballot/cock and balls drawn for me tbh. 6 candidates standing in my ward, 2 SNP and 1 each from the other 4 main parties. Had plenty leaflets from the SNP and Tories, 1 from Labour and nothing from the Greens or Lib Dems. Uninspiring pish.

It doesn't seem to be on youtube but I caught some of the Tory political broadcast last night. The end screen literally had STOP THE SNP in big letters. So glad they're fighting to stop single issue politics.
