Assumed it was over 2,000. It's just over 1700 these days. The whole capacity of Pittodrie is probably about 18,000, maybe 19,000 tops. The "red shed" Merkland is sold out every week but you'll notice it's only half full - they can't sell every seat because it's a standing section. We'll be able to fit more in to the new stadium.
