I think that’s a tad harsh. He’s been left with a lot of shite by a manager I certainly never wanted. Mullen is out, Rudden has been out, he played the most attacking line up he could. Despite the revisionism from the victors (who write the history) that was a pretty close game. Another decent performance from Cammy who was probably still getting pelters. MacCowan was totally pish and clearly not 109%.

St Mirren should have had 3 or 4 tbh. It was nowhere near close except due to utterly woeful finishing from St Mirren.

Quite expected, actually. Probably the worst fanbase on this site tbh.

Between your shower and St Johnston roasters.

The Saintees are definitely the worst. But it's all good banter, really. :)

If they had good finishers they would have done, but they don’t, that’s why it was close. They scored in the 93 minute to win 1 nil, that’s the definition of close. Overall they were the better team but we had threatening moments too. This was nothing like the away game at McDiarmid, or the mauling by Ross County at Dens, which weren’t close.

Well, our game plan went off without a hitch as we looked like we were playing for a 0-1 loss tonight such was the game plan. Kudos to McGhee.

Who else and how else could we have lined up tonight? Kudos to McPake.

Well, I'd have started with our only fit available striker tbh. I'd have also started with McGhee or even our old pal Fontaine (and you know how I feel about him) ahead of Rossi. I'd have also had Byrne on in midfield instead of McGhee.

That's quite a difference.
