Branston beans are the correct choice but still require a reduction of their sauce (extra minute on the hob/microwave) before a splash of Worcestershire sauce to make them spot on. Heinz beans are overly sweetened to appeal to children and fat Americans (largely interchangeable under most circumstances). On the butter debate, it’s needlessly added to some things including this, you have a tomato sauce, what does butter add here?
