Would this piece of equipment do the job of reaching the Sea of Azov, the east bank of the Dnepr etc?

Nope, no way to target it…unless you rely upon special forces and partisans, and that would be a suicide mission because the Russians would know the strike was laser guided.

From what I understand this airbase is now the outer edge of what HIMARS can visit from near Kherson without putting the vehicles in artillery range of the front line:

There is a sizable corner of Kherson oblast that is definitely out of range and perhaps not surprisingly the puppet authorities already evacuated to there weeks ago to a town called Henichesk.

If Ukraine had ATACMS everything would be in range at this point but officially at least they only have GMLRS which is the innermost dark blue line.

Allegedly, Banksy in Ukraine.

"Speculation had been mounting that the anonymous graffiti artist was in the war-torn country after a series of murals appeared in the town of Borodianka, near Kyiv."

It's like Hitler's beer hall speech in early November '42 when he tried to talk up why they hadn't fully taken Stalingrad, you don't know whether he's trying to delude the Russian public or himself

Let's not drag this up again. We'd all had a few that night and you say things you don't mean.

There’s a video doing the rounds allegedly of Wagner fighters murdering one of their own with a sledgehammer. It’s alleged that the man was captured by Ukrainians and then was returned in a prisoner swap. After he was sent back to Wagner, his comrades in arms killed him for surrendering.

There are lots of unverifiable videos about but this one has been talked about by Prigozhin, head of Wagner, who referred to it online. Wagner forces were filmed in Syria beating and beheading a Syrian man who was claimed to have deserted so they have form for this.

My money is on a push to Melitopol being the next move.

More or less control over the Novaya Kakhovka Dam and the NPP near Energodar would be significant, although neither would be out of range for the Russians. Removal of the Russian military on-site presence at these locations will need to be carried out at some stage.

Cutting off the remainder of Kherson Oblast plus the Crimea - save for access via the vulnerable Kerch bridge - would also give access to the Sea of Azov and bottle up yet more Russian military and equipment.
