Yeah this is what I'm getting at... The Yanks might well be choking for a reason and will have thought out strikes that offer the sternest warning without the needs for Nukes. Now that you can spin Nato have legit been attacked, they can now make some pretty specific threats backed up by Russian aggression against a member state
MONKMAN
Personally I’ve been saying for time now that we humans had our chance and fucked it, it’s time to give the planet back to Mother Nature. Let’s just hope they wait until the new year before unleashing Armageddon upon us. With the World Cup coming up and followed closely by Christmas, I’d quite like to see out the next 6 weeks at least.

Maybe not a bad thing now we officially have over 8 billion on the planet. It’s a bit different from WW2 when we converted factories (already making industrial stuff like cars or machinery) to produce tanks and bullets. It’ll be a hard push converting “modern day workplaces” like call centres and the work force who prefer to take selfies of their skinny lattes than get their hands dirty making bombs.

You can imagine if Russia wasn’t a nuclear power that their military bases on the Ukraine and other NATO borders would already be ablaze and resemble Baghdad/ Kabul from 15-20 years ago. The sinking the Russian fleet is the ultimate non nuclear option (and hands Crimea to Ukraine on a plate), so I’m guessing some serious hardware getting shifted to the border and/ or loaned to Ukraine as a show of strength, as a final reminder what might be around the corner for what’s left of the Russian forces.

TxRover
Polish ZET radio now suggesting the Russian missile impact was a result of a Ukrainian air defence intercept, which would also account for the 5V55 debris in the area. Regardless, if it was a Russian missile, it was massively off course.
