Sadly unsurprising after the horrors uncovered in Bucha and elsewhere. It's likely that a lot of war crimes are going to be uncovered as territories are liberated. I'm sure one of the usual 4 or 5 contrarian halfwits will be along to tell us it's all false flag, or done by Ukrainian Nazis and proof that Ukraine should negotiate peace to avoid escalation. If any of them ever show their faces in this thread again. I'm sure that as soon as the current offensive slows to resupply they'll crawl back.

ICTChris
There’s a brilliant quote from the owner of Wagner, Prigozhin. The oligarch was filmed pitching to convicts in a penal colony earlier this week. A Russian paper asked him for quote on it and he said “Either the PMCs and cons will fight, or your kids will. You decide.” Prigozhin himself did nearly ten years in a Soviet prison for robbery and pimping charges.

ICTChris
There have been further assassinations of collaborators in Berdyansk, where the deputy Mayor and the head of the election commission were both killed. In addition, there was a HIMARs strike on the head quarters of military occupation administration in Kherson.

LongTimeLurker
The Ukrainians appear to be moving east again in the Kupyansk area: a quite graphic clip of very dead Russian soldiers accompanies this tweet. The info appears to be coming from Ukrainian and Russian language sources rather than Western ones, which is what was happening during the recent big advance. Sherrif John Bunnell
Hopefully the people responsible for these massacres find themselves in The Hague at some point. I doubt they ever will though. I dread to think what will be found in Mariupol once it's liberated.

LongTimeLurker
The Ukrainians being able to plant a bomb in a government building in Luhansk must be shocking to the Russians because they have controlled that city since 2014 and it's generally viewed as being very pro-Russian. Looks like the Ukrainians are slowly getting there where Lyman is concerned (to the SE of Izium but on the far side of the floodplain of a major river). Last weekend that was already being claimed to be under Ukrainian control when people were getting a bit carried away on twitter:
