Season 4: Episode 11

Recommended Posts

Hullo! We are back with our first episode of 2022. The cinch never sleeps and so there is a lot for us to talk about.

Watch the show at 10:30pm on the BBC Scotland Channel, catch-up later on BBC iPlayer and feel free to tell us what you think on here.

Tonight’s show looks a bit like this:

Round The Houses
- It's our first round up of 2022. Who has been flying? Who has had a terrible time of it?

Social Media - Well of Content
- The January transfer window is always an interesting one, not least for socials. We've had Kaka recommending Scottish football to a player, Aaron Ramsey moving from Juventus and John Souttar's coffee shop getting many a questionable review since he penned a deal with Rangers.

Eyes On The Ball
- So much has happened since we've been off air and we want to test who has been paying attention. The gang take part in a quiz that has them guessing events from tweets and comments on Pie and Bovril, Telfer doing a bit of Pictionary and of course a quick-fire round. The loser has to wear the bib of shame.

Hot Balls
- The Scottish Cup lies ahead and we chat our way through some of the biggest games on the fixture list.

The Banker
- Telfer returns the trophy to the studio and the competition gets back underway as Joel, Shaughan and Fowler try to overtake Craig G Telfer in the season's hottest competition.

In the 'Wee Films', we look at the action packed world of powerchair football, visit Banks O'Dee for the biggest game in their history and in the Season So Far have a a look back at all the wild thrills, spills and action that has been filling our game the past two months.

So, who are you tipping for a cup upset this weekend, who has caught your eye this winter and do you think Telfer can maintain his form as we enter the second half of The Banker?

See you later!

Loving the Celtic fans' Twitter meltdown this morning after it was suggested they get off on people talking about the "special" atmosphere at Parkhead.

It's only a good atmosphere for Celtic fans. For everyone else it's shite and nobody cares.

Complete meltdown; you love to see it.

Just proves the comment was absolutely on the button.

As an aside, it can also (painfully) apply to a segment of the Tartan Army, especially in our leaner years.

Hilarious, especially as the guys had talked up Celtics style of play at the start of the show but clearly the Celtic fans didn’t have their hearing aids on at that bit
