Marshmallo
Tough to believe it was March in Scotland at Peffermill today. Really enjoyable match between two teams who knocked the ball about on the deck and played the game in a great competitive spirit at a good tempo. Very impressed with Edinburgh University; every player comfortable on the ball and some of the interchange was fantastic to see for a team towards the bottom of the table. Crowd was around 60-70.

boness4ever
How does the QF draw work,is it all in,or seeded,ie group winners v another group runner up??
Deanburn Dave
It's all in for the 8 teams . There was no advantage in finishing top in the group stage. Fingers crossed the BU get a home draw.

If an open draw then I rescind my previous comment as premature extrapolation. Peak Vale would be playing a group of Gala, Berwick, Vale... needing a Gala v Vale playoff... winning it... then drawing Berwick!
craigiemack
Good bunch of teams still in it. All 8 will be thinking they have a decent chance of winning it.

Think we have a genuine chance of winning this. Between us, EK and Berwick I reckon. But as you say, any of the 8 could.
HibeeJibee
Vale v Gala tie-break is Tuesday night at Innerleithen; apparently they tossed rather than use a neutral venue. Effectively means Vale will complete a 2-game section having contested 3 home & 0 away games...

The winner to play Edinburgh Uni or Bo'ness (who played each other in the group stage). The other half of the draw is East Kilbride v Berwick and Gala v Broomhill. Deanburn Dave
Not according to Dave"Thrash with panache" was my prediction of what the BU's would do to the Uni. #StayPositive
