Karpaty Lviv Posted February 7, 2022 Share Posted February 7, 2022 Thinking it would be fun to stream some Geoguessr to some mates when bored, so thought I’d do a wee. bit of investigating. I’ve no plans to go global or stream anything else, I just want to basically screen share and have me talk over the top of it. Webcam and chat box might be added as well. I downloaded both Twitch Studio and OBS or whatever it is, and the former seems to be simple enough for what I need. The issue I have though is that the preview is just a blank screen. I’ve linked the Game Capture with the website, and my webcam to the webcam scene but both are just blank. I’ve tried resetting and what not as Google searches suggests, is there maybe something else I need to do? I’ve no in depth knowledge of it at all. Both Twitch Studio and OBS sometimes have issues with web based elements and Hardware Acceleration. Switching off Hardware Acceleration in your Web Browser or App is the normal easy fix for the type of issue you are seeing. Also, if you still have issues then try switching to Window Capture rather than Game Capture as that sometimes helps.
