I’ve watched the first couple of episodes and I’m not really feeling it. I can’t recall a drama (never mind a prison drama) so slow moving. A few plot threads have been hinted at (e.g., the head screw’s dodgy background; the new one being recognised by cons) but it’s all snail’s pace stuff. I don’t mind slow burn dramas if the individual episodes are gripping, but when there have been plots (the abused con facing his abuser; the trans con) they don’t seem to lead anywhere.
