WeAllDreamOfATeamOfAndyRyans
Looking forward to this one, will we make it 4 wins from 4? Or will a newly managed East Fife cause a ‘shock’? Feels that every game is massive now and would be very disappointed if we don’t come away from this with 3 points (no disrespect to East Fife). Performance last week was far from the free flowing football we are used to but still managed to grind out a result. Let’s hope on Saturday we’re back to the enjoyable football we know and get a result. Mon the diamonds[emoji815]️
dextermorgan
I presume that Kyle Connell will be missing after his red card on Sunday. That in itself should help our cause.
AndyDD
Am I right in thinking EF are still awaiting their first win under Crawford? That's surely going to come eventually, but if Airdrie play anything approaching their best they will win this match. A fourth win on the bounce would be great, a third clean sheet would be fantastic. Let's hope it isn't the last time we see Kerr McInroy in an Airdrie shirt...
Mon_The_Fife
Away from home. We will concede at least 3 and lose. Next.
Chapelhall chap
Quite confident for a win and I hope I don't regret that optimism on Saturday. We should be able to play a bit more passing game than last Sunday. Four in a row would boost the squad's momentum.
Life on Marrs?
I predict Gallagher will score, as is his norm against us!
AndyDD
Ian Murray missing from the dugout as he has tested positive for covid. https://www.airdriefc.com/2122-news/220107/airdrieonians-vs-east-fife Hope it's only mild, or even better asymptomatic, and that he's back soon.
airdrieman
2-1 Airdrie. Gal brace and free-scoring Kieran Millar to score for the Fifers. Darren Young to somehow still contrive to get sent to the stand.

We have a dreadful away record to Airdrie in particular! It has to change sometime, hasn’t it?
troy
Just read your news topic v East Fife and I feel it’s a bit inaccurate. ”East Fife are playing quite well (NO)maybe just not getting the breaks (NO)We’ve got to make sure we turn up (GOOD IDEA) and play our game(DON’T BOTHER JUST TURN UP) I hope we play with more than one up front. We don’t sit back in midfield and we have a go.We can’t defend so why sit back and if we want to win a game we have to score more than one goal. Can we please make a decent effort.

Kenny_m
Ryan Wallace lucky to still be on the park for trying to do Dylan Easton. Chapelhall rascal he is!
Glenmavis Diamond
A superb first half, a Lacklustre 2nd half. Stepped off the lace a wee bit too much when I'd have liked to see us Dish out a real hiding. We've the worst goal difference of the top 4 so should have gone hammer and tong to score more IMO. Still, a great win and comfortable watching. Next week's game will be harder so we can't have the same lapses in defence that we got away with today or we could get punished. Looks like Dowds return to Falkirk has given them a real lift.

Diamond8
Well that was easy. As good as we were in the first half I'm struggling to remember a team as poor as East Fife

Don't blame us for his origins! To be serious this was over as a game at half time although at 2-0 we almost let them back in: comical defending which other teams will punish. Still great win on a solid run.
Rhys McCabe Hype Train
Really enjoyable first half. Good, well taken goals. Will be a shame to lose McInroy even though he was effectively marked out the game today. Just goes to show that you might take one of our midfield four out the game but the other three will take you to the cleaners.
