He doesn’t react to anything from the opposition. We’re watching the same players every week, in the same system, regardless of results. He doesn’t like Kai Kennedy, he doesn’t like Gaspuitis and he’d rather we played terribly and didn’t get results than put them on the park. They are our best players in their positions and have been frozen out - in Kennedy’s only start under Yogi, he got 2 assists and a goal. He hasn’t started a game since. Gaspuitis was part of a steady defence. He got dropped and we’ve conceded 6 goals in the 2 games since. Breen still plays, despite the fact he’s been a liability and is directly responsible for goals conceded every single time he plays.

Results and performances don’t seem important to Yogi and it’s very concerning.

He seems to do that with certain players and takes a dislike to them no matter how good they are. Don’t think he’s much of a motivator to players who’s heads are down.

You're right. I listened to his interview, ostensibly a preview for this game nd was mostly general background waffle that would apply to any game.

That's because pre and post match interviews are utterly pointless.

A reminder that John Hughes has achieved more in his managerial career than John McGlynn x

Vytas is surely away shortly, can't be any other reason. You simply don't drop your best defender bottom of a long list of duds.

When Hughes talks about spinning plates players will need to leave, that isn't as simple as us fans just going "he's the worst, get him to f**k" you need to find suitors for those players for them to leave, likewise wages also play a massive part, Vytas will probably be one of our higher earners, same with Kennedy.

Yeah, I was aware of prior mismanagement before he came in. But I was hoping we’d be one of the clubs he does well for. Early signs are that we’re going to be another one of his abysmal efforts. Last few weeks have been every bit as bad as life under Grant.
