Rangers vs. Dundee

The Scottish FA literally requested that Scottish clubs geoblock live streaming in England. It has obviously come as a result of the English FA's broadcasting rights, but the decision was made by the SFA. You are looking for an issue where there is none.

There's quite clearly an issue in that, although the rules say clubs can't broadcast to England, Rangers have thought 'f**k it, let's do it anyway'.

The decision was not made by the SFA any more than it's the SFA's decision that Scottish referee's enforce the offside rule.

They merely communicated the rules as they stand, as is their duty as UEFA member association.

McPake maybe suggesting we might not even manage the reduced 6 subs on the bench that we had on Wednesday. Of all the times to be having an injury crisis... this ain't it. Thankfully McGhee will be back for next week, but we are at the barest of bones rn.

But they’re not broadcasting to England. It’s looks as though they’ve had to introduce a new platform for people to use that specifically excludes English viewers.

Rather than the usual focus on events 300 years ago, Rangers are - remarkably - looking to the future here.

Even in England, 3pm live streams to any territory will be upon us very soon. There are plenty of countries in the world where this already happens and it has negligible impact on crowds - but a noticeable impact on income streams.

The only issue really is the EPL broadcast deal, but at a point in the near future its entirely plausible that their member clubs will want to sell the rights themselves which will rip that bit apart.

Surely everyone loves a bit of ABBA?

Some of the close up shots of Agnetha in the live video of "Summer night city" on Youtube make me think 'I'd love a bit of that bit of ABBA.'

Saw them in Glasgow twice - classic. 😍

Ahem... aye, anyway, what was the thread about again? Oh, aye, football.

3-0 Rangers, but only one penalty.  Inquiry demanded into inadequate refereeing.
