Hibs v Rangers Wednesday 1st December

Recommended Posts

Hibs and Rangers meet again on league business. Last time out, Hibs were leading at Ibrox before Ryan Porteous was harshly sent off and Rangers secured an ill deserved win.

We have been off form in the league since, however managed a league win at last against the Saintees on Saturday.

Hibs did skelp The Rangers out of the League Cup - The plucky underdogs have won against Sparta Prague and Livi since losing to Hibs (as usual) at Hampden.

What can we expect?

  • A minority of visiting fans to continue their "tribute to King Billy Gio Van Bronkhurst" by wearing Orange.
  • A minority of visiting fans to sing songs that "sound" like the famine song, but are apparently something entirely different
  • John Beaton (ref) and Nick Walsh are two of the officials. The other lino and 4th official are to be randomly selected from the membership of Broxburn Orange Lodge.

Doidge still banned, Boyle is back.

Hibs to have 6 men sent off and still win 3-0.

I’m just laughing at the ‘harshly sent off’

It was an horrific challenge!

If the lad cut this out his game he could be a decent player. As it is now he’s just an accident waiting to happen. Morelos and Christie were the same until they screwed the nut. Both are still strong players who can look after themselves without crossing that line

Jack Ross trying to defend him and at the same time saying ‘it didn’t look good’  and then Hibs appealing it 😂

The Sevco fans have a point, to be fair. "The famine's over, why don't you go home... to a higher quality of life, more job opportunities and EU citizenship" .

I did 5 years ago and haven't looked back.

If any hibs fan think they are getting any points this game they are deluded.

How many games against Rangers has Doidge dodged now, seems a bit of a pattern

Big test for King Giovanni, Prince of Orange this one.

I think the players will be fired up.  2-0 to the teddy berrs.

Three posts which demonstrate conclusive evidence of opiate abuse.
