The same should apply to all other sports, basically neither country should be allowed to enter any competition outside their own borders, be that football, athletics, tennis, ice hockey, basketball etc the whole caboodle. We have a situation where the EU have finally announced a complete no fly zone or landing for any Russian aircraft across the whole of Europe, they have made moves to prevent their economy from trading quite rightly...for both countries to be allowed to compete in any international sport with all that going on, would be a farce. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd think they would have no choice but to boot them out and replace them with the next best record in the group stages.
