BFTD
Funny that folk have gone for the Paddington Bear thing, rather than get tattoos of Brenda getting pumped by Bond. That's canon since the Olympics, surely. She was a woman, he was in close proximity to her...inevitable.

Cyclizine
No word from the health board yet what's happening next Monday. We've got over 20 full theatre lists, can't see them cancelling, but if schools are shut we're going to lose staff due to childcare. I see in England, GPs can close. My wife's surgery has 120 patients booked in plus those needing bloods and other tests and she thinks it'll be a disaster if they have to close. No way the board will get enough emergency cover in place in time.

Richey Edwards
The only sad thing about the Queen's death is that the monarchy is continuing. It's high time that this outdated and undemocratic institution is fired into the sea.

Fullerene
I was chopping some onions when the news came on. I have no interest in the Monarchy but there I was with a tear in my eye. I have no idea why.

I reckon that, if you had a UK-wide vote on abolishing either the monarchy or football, we'd get a lot more done on Saturdays.

MSU
This is in keeping with the Egyptian and Tibetan Books of the Dead, which both feature a small Peruvian Bear with a penchant for marmalade sandwiches and a particularly hard stare as being a guide to the afterlife.

Yeah, but we knew that was coming. It only gets interesting if they start killing each other for the best vantage points.
