Going by the QP twitter feed and the BBC text updates this has been a master class in "rope a dope." Pretend to be shite for 40 minutes then bang in a couple of goals. I mean we were pretending, right?

You can see Vigurs and Fyvie getting caught out by the Queen's midfield runners but the large majority of the attacking threat and ball was from Cove. At 1-0 I was waiting for it to be 2 and close to being out of sight.

Goals change games as they say.

Loving the score but if I was a Cove fan I would be sick as a parrot. Let us assume we were not pretending. We were awful. If we were pretending that is the mark of a league winning team. Vote now. I have to say it is not often we do to other teams what so often happens to us. Last week for example. Long way to go and not many fingers left to chew.

Yes, but convincing. We seem to be offering Logan all the room and time he wants down our left. Two chances, two goals is an encouraging turnaround. If we can control the game second half then a point would be a good result. Cove should really be three ahead.

Cove got a man sent off against us earlier in the season and were then easily brushed aside.

We did the same today, and still managed to come back from behind to take a point.

Happy with that, even if the performance itself wasn't spectacular 😎

Ludicrous division. Cove should probably have had us on toast before we hilariously went in 2-1 up. We looked much more comfortable after the break until Murray’s stupidity. His teammates got him out of jail after going 3-2 down.

I don’t quite know what to make of it all. A fantastic point in the circumstances and still top, somehow. Bob McHugh turning into big Zlatan has been a welcome development. Absolutely magnificent again today.

Feels like a victory.    Which is a much better feeling than many of our draws this season, which have felt like defeats.

Perhaps the team did learn something after last weeks defeat to Alloa, which is not to give up till the last kick of the ball.

Despite a poor first 40 mins, well done lads for keeping the faith.

In all fairness was a bit earlier in the game that Fyvie got sent off compared to Murray today. A great free kick and a howler from Gourlay secured the points thereafter but was earned after 2nd half performance.

Big respect to Queen's for coming back and getting the point. Certainly a point gained for the Spiders.

Thought Queen's looked frail at the back which they will want to improve upon.

Mad league. No one at the level of Partick like last year.
