Finding it tough to see what your point is here Amanda you’ve maybe been a bit too subtle about the issue.

It's OK, case closed.

Apparently it was/possibly a hamburger box, complete with contents thrown in the direction of Hungbo after he scored.

Regardless of who you support, no objects should be thrown on the field from the crowd.

That includes the Muppets that threw the flare during the recent Dundee game, sadly Griffiths got/will get more punishment than the perpetrator/s. (if they are ever caught)

A few controversial moments in Scottish matches last night.

Arguments over handball’s, penalties, unhappy managers, and supporters.

Not one person has mentioned the object thrown from the Dundee support at a Ross County player when Ross County scored.

Just saying!

Think it was his season ticket.

Dundee fans is that a one off or are you that bad all the time?

Have you checked the league table?

Yes, we're still bottom which begs the question is that a standard Dundee performance or was Wednesday over the top bad?

Undoubtedly it was over the top bad. It was our worst performance since we were hammered 7-0 from Aberdeen with Andrew Considine getting a hat-trick about 5 year ago. Arguably, considering the club stature and start to the league season you lot have had and the quality we have in the squad, it was much worse than even that, but it was similar in terms of the shambolic nature.

We've played reasonably well in most games this season. We've had 3 absolute nightmares. One against Celtic, one against St Johnstone and Wednesday night. Wednesday night was by a considerable distance the worst. McPake admitted it was his lowest moment in his footballing career and he's been part of several 6-2 defeats to United as a player and manager and of course, the famous 5-1 mauling of Hibs by Hearts.

It was well below par. I'm honestly not trying to take credit away from County because even if we were on form, County might have still won because you forced the situation and played with an intensity that many others haven't this season, but honestly a Sunday League team would have papped us on Wednesday night.

Dens became a poisonous cauldron with McPake receiving chants of, 'You don't know what you're doing' and 'You're getting sacked in the morning' neither of which was unfair. It was up there with a 3-1 defeat to Dunfermline under Gordon Chisholm & the 7-0 mauling from Airdrie (in which we deployed our U18s in a daft protest at the SFL) under Alan Kernaghan in my personal 'worst ever performances' from Dundee list.

So just to confirm you are saying that supporters can’t throw things at players but players can kick things at supporters?

It's not a 'one-off', but we're usually far more composed than that. The games against Celtic and St Johnstone were of a similar ilk to Wednesday (thought still don't really compare in terms of sheer shambolic nature), but I would say we've been competitive in every other game, and have just been unlucky. The games against Livingston, Motherwell and Rangers on other days could've been 5 or even 7 points instead of 1 out of 9 if we could just find the back of the net, something you'd think we'd at least be competent at.

Doesn't matter though, ifs ands or buts mean nothing if you can't get the goals in the 90+ minutes on top of a competitive performance. We have a tendency to see improvements in the new year, but for now it's hard to see us grabbing many points in the near future, especially with Byrne out for the rest of this year.

I have to criticise County for one thing. Clarke's celebration after his goal was also one of the worst things I've ever seen. I honestly felt sexually violated after it.

Great goal and hilarious celebration. Would love to see him do it at Ibrox or Parkhead.

I mind being top of the league (or going to be) and then Clyde come to Dens we played pretty decent before Paul Dixon mangled a 93rd minute own goal into the top corner.

He fucked off and we signed Eddie Malone to kill c***s.

Let's sign folk that kill c***s.
