I love it. 

Stems from taking my Grandpa (non-Hibs fan) to a European game c.15 years ago or so (not Malmo, I might add!) and him ordering one and being horrified as a young teengaer what on earth he was drinking.  Have had it ever since and nice small memory to have of him.

Any time I've done the pie hut at the Vale I've sold more bovril than tea and coffee combined.

I like Bovril. Drinking it anywhere other than at a football match during cold winter months is just wrong though.

Hes quoted that from the Covid thread.... Obviously it upset him so much that he desperately had to shoe horn it in somewhere even though it clearly doesnt fit at all..... Very odd.

On the back of this thread, I had a lovely bovril and a steak pie yesterday afternoon at Celtic Park. Wasn’t really a chilly afternoon but the bovril did go down a treat.

I suppose it's indicative of something in Scottish society that an argument can break out between posters over something as seemingly innocent as a cup of beef tea.

Had some Bovril at Firhill yesterday. Lovely stuff. Left it for 10 mins with the lid off to prevent the BTS (Bovril Tongue Scald) before drinking. There was no need to worry about kicking it over during this crucial part of the pre-Bovril drinking process as we were never scoring in a month of Sundays.

One of my earliest memories of bovril was attending a game at the old Brockville and some punter giving themselves a 3rd degree burn after spilling bovril over their baws.  

I agree with the others who say the little packets are much better than out the jar.
